Brief introduction of artificial turf
Structure:
(1) Fibre: Currently, the grass material adopt polyethylene(PE) plastic, processed by the coloring and corresponding anti-aging additives to ensure the grass fibre does not fade and broken in strong sunlight.
(2) Base fabric: The base fabric is usually double layer composite. Made by PP material, the first layer is sustentative fabric, the second layer is non-woven cloth, Knitted in one piece.
(3) Back coating: the back coating material is styrene-butadiene latex adhesive. In the adhesive process, added some stone powder (to increase the hardness of the bottom of the artificial turf) and carbon black (to harmonize color)
Sorts:
(1) Athletic type of artificial turf: this type of turf is mainly used for football, basketball, tennis, gateball and tracks. Turf height is generally based on the different sites between 10-60MM.
This type of artificial turf most adopt fibrillated fibre or monofilament fibre, Mainly four colors selected: green, olive green, red and white
(2) Landscape type of artificial turf: this type of turf is mainly used for garden decoration, hanging gardens, leisure venues. Turf height based on customer preferences, generally between 20-45MM.
This type of artificial turf most adopt monofilament with curl fibre, Mainly three type of colors selected:pure green, green with olive and four-colors type, also can be customized according to customer’s color.
